At SPACiA, we offer end-to-end solutions for home interiors, that include woodwork, appliances, accessories, counter-tops, false ceilings, wall painting, decorative partitions and panelling, wooden flooring, loose furniture, wallpapers and more.
Yes, we have on board expert designers who will help transform your ideas into reality.
No, design services are complementary. There is no separate fee for designing.
We offer numerous options in the finish for the woodwork, as follows:

- Membrane foils
- Planilaque & glass
- UV lacquer coated
- Veneer with polyurethane coating
- Pre-laminated
You can choose the raw material for woodwork from the following:
- Plywood
- Exterior & Interior Grade MDF / HDF
- Exterior & Interior Grade Chip Boards
- Wood Plastic Composite (WPC)
The differentiating factors are the cost and quality.
Once the sign-off is complete, 95% of the units are manufactured at a production factory. These units are then brought to the work site (your home) and are assembled and installed. This minimises clutter and wastage, and reduces the work duration at your site.
We offer to supply appliances and accessories as a part of the project, not individually.
All our products are covered under a warranty for a period of 3 years from the date of completion. This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as peeling, bubbles and colour variation. Some of the products come with extended warranty of 5 years. We DO NOT offer any warranty against warping or other naturally occurring defects in the raw material.
The manufacturer’s warranty applies for all the appliances and accessories. We primarily offer appliances and accessories from international brands, which come with the manufacturer’s warranty.
We have special packages as AMC to keep your home efficient and functional in every possible way.
Our team will visit your home periodically to ensure the functionality of all the products.
It takes about 75 days for the entire project. Typically, for a project, it takes about 25-30 days to finalize the designs (the time may vary from project to project depending on the requirements and availability of the customer). Once the designs are finalized and the other formalities are completed, it takes 45 days to hand your home over to you.
If we do not deliver, we offer to compensate by paying back an estimated rental amount for the no. of days lost or delayed.
Yes, all samples are available at our experience centre.
Ideally, one should engage an agency during the construction stage. This will make sure there are no major alterations required at the time of execution, helping you avoid unnecessary expenses.
All our projects have a dedicated Customer Relations Manager to keep the customer updated at each stage of the project and address their concerns regularly.
SPACiA operates all over Kerala. We have a marketing office in Sharjah to facilitate our UAE customers. We are equipped to facilitate the customers in Bangalore and Hyderabad through our sister concerns.
It is not possible to make any changes once the design has been finalised and the production has started.
