Inquiry & Initial Connection Raise your inquiry through our website, phone, Social Media or referral. Our team promptly gets in touch to understand your requirements and explain the process.
Share your Floor plan
Share your floor plan, site photos, and requirements to help us grasp your vision clearly.
Schedule Your Design Consultation
We will schedule a design consultation call based on your provided details to discuss your preferences and specific requirements.
Get the Initial Quotation
Based on the discussion, we prepare an initial quotation with reference images to give you a clear view of the proposed design.
Review & Approval
Review the quotation and reference images, clarify any doubts with our team, and approve once all modifications meet your expectations.
Confirm Your Order with Token Advance
Once the quotation is approved, confirm your order by paying a ₹50,000 token advance. This officially starts your project and will be adjusted against the final cost after the design and quotation are finalized.

Design
Site Survey & Feasibility Study
After the token advance is received, we conduct a detailed site visit to take measurements, check site feasibility, and validate the existing layout against the initial design.
Design Modifications & Utility Validation
Any required updates to the initial design are incorporated. We also align electrical, plumbing, and other utility points with the revised layout. The estimate is updated if needed and shared with the client for mutual agreement.
Booking Advance Payment
Once the revised design and estimate are approved, the customer is requested to make the first milestone payment— 10% of the updated estimate, minus the token advance—to confirm material finalization and design detailing
Material & Color Finalization + 3D Views
With the booking advance received, we begin finalizing materials, colors, finishes, etc., and generate realistic 3D views of the space. These are shared for client review and approval.
360° / 720° View Presentation
Once 3D views are approved, we create immersive 360°/720° views to help clients visualize their interiors better. Any final changes in specifications or design are discussed and incorporated here.
Final Design & Estimate Freeze
All designs and specifications are locked, and a final estimate is generated. This version will form the base for both site execution and factory production
Execution-Ready Documentation & Second Milestone Payment
Construction drawings for site execution and production documents for factory-made items are prepared. At this stage, the client is requested to make the second milestone payment—50% of the total order value, minus the previously paid booking advance.

Manufacturing
Production & Site Execution Kickoff
After the second milestone payment, we initiate production at our OEM job-work partner’s advanced automated facility. Simultaneously, site execution of allied services (if any) begins in parallel
Precision Manufacturing
Your custom-designed units are manufactured with highquality materials and processes, ensuring accuracy, durability, and design integrity. This typically takes 25–30 working days from the latest of either design confirmation or second milestone payment.
Site Readiness Check
Approximately one week before production is complete, our team conducts a site readiness inspection to ensure all preparatory work is in place for a seamless installation
Manufacturing Completion Notification
Once the production is completed, we notify you promptly. This update marks the readiness of your units for dispatch and delivery coordination.
Third Milestone Payment
At this stage, customers are requested to make the third milestone payment—50% of the order value, minus the retained amount to initiate product dispatch.
Product Dispatch & Delivery
Upon receipt of the third milestone payment, your manufactured units are dispatched and delivered to your site within 2 working days, ensuring minimal downtime.
Ready for Installation
With delivery complete and site ready, your interior units are now set for installation—bringing your space to life, just as envisioned

Installation
Delivery of Modular Units
All factory-finished interior units are delivered to your site within 2 working days of your third milestone payment—ready for installation.
Site Readiness Check
Our team performs a final site inspection to verify that it’s clean, accessible, and aligned with all required civil, electrical, and plumbing provisions.
Modular Installation – 15 Working Days
We begin the installation of modular units as per the approved designs. This process takes around 15 working days, handled with care and precision
Allied Services Setup
While modular units are being installed, we also coordinate the setup of related services—like lighting, switches, appliances, and plumbing accessories.
Completion of Installation & Retained Amount Payment
Once the installation of all modular components is complete, you’ll be requested to settle the retained amount —signaling the near-final phase of the project.
Quality Checks & Final Adjustments
We run detailed quality inspections and make any necessary alignments or touch-ups to ensure everything meets SPACiA’s high standards.
Client Walkthrough & Project Handover
We’ll walk you through your completed interior space, gather feedback, and hand over your project—ready for you to move in and enjoy.
