**Elite Club membership Card Terms and Conditions**
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of SPACiA ELITE CLUB Membership Card. By obtaining and using the Privilege Card, you agree to abide by these Terms:
Eligibility
- The Privilege Card is available to individuals aged 21 years and above.
- The cardholder must provide accurate and valid personal information during registration.
Card Activation
- The Privilege Card must be activated upon receipt, either in-store or online, as per the instructions provided.
Card Benefits
The Privilege Card offers exclusive discounts, promotions, and privileges as determined by SPACiA. members can save money on their purchases or access deals that non-members cannot.
- Privilege card holders will earn points for each purchase, which can be redeemed for discounts, free products, or other perks.
- Privilege cards offer access to members-only events, workshops, or experiences, such as VIP parties or product demonstrations.
- Members of privilege cards will receive 1 reward point on every referral purchase of 10,000/- . These points can be exchanged for deals, free gifts, or other benefits.
- Members of privilege cards will receive a special discount of 10% on every subsequent purchase.
- Privilege card will be valid for all the future ventures under the brand SPACiA.
– Cardholders are responsible for staying informed about the latest privileges and promotions, which may be subject to change without prior notice.
Card Usage
The Privilege Card is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another individual.
– Cardholders must present their Privilege Card at the time of purchase to avail of applicable benefits.
– Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately to SPACiA. Replacement cards may be issued at our discretion, subject to a fee.
Privacy and Data Usage
– Personal information collected during registration will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
– Cardholders consent to receive promotional communications from SPACiA
Termination
- SPACiA reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Privilege Card if a cardholder violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activities.
- The Privilege Card will be valid for 12 months from the date of enrolment. Thereafter the card can be renewed free of cost, upon the confirmation from the customer.
Liability
– SPACiA is not responsible for any loss, damage, or unauthorised use of the Privilege Card.
– The Privilege Card does not have any cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless it reaches designated milestones as per the terms and conditions.
- 1st milestone: 100 Rewards Points
- Next milestone: every 50 reward points
- 1 reward point = Rs 100/-
Governing Law
– These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kerala.
Modification of Terms
SPACIA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website.
By obtaining and using the Privilege Card, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Privilege Card.

Terms & Conditions For SPACIA ELITE CLUB Membership Card
- Privilege Card offers are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
- It is a must for the cardholders to present the card at SPACIA Customer Care department to take advantage of the card.
- Remember that offers in the card cannot be merged with any other ongoing discount offers or promotions in the hospitals.
- Complementary discount that is enclosed with the card is valid for the 3 months from the date of issuance. The benefit can be avail by the respective individuals who are covered in this card. No other persons take up the benefits of coupons, who are not entitled to use the card
- SPACIA have sole responsibility to amend the terms & conditions of the card without any prior notice.
- SPACIA will not entertain any of your queries if your card is stolen, lost, or misused. No replacement will be provided in that circumstances, customers have to purchase a new card to avail of further discounts.
- The most important users acknowledge that SPACIA is merely offering the privilege cards to take advantage of the facilities at a discount rate. SPACIA is not involved in either debiting or crediting any money or any monetary value from the card of the user. We shall not be, in any manner liable for any untoward or fraudulent act or wrongful financial transactions of the user or in case of any loss, improper or erroneous use of the card. The user shall not have any claim in whatsoever manner against SPACIA.
- Any contention or dispute that arises due to the use of the card shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
